Marketing Program Manager – Assistant Director

About the role

The GDS Marketing Program Manager (Assistant Director) will partner with Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) leaders to design and deliver multi‑channel marketing and event programs that drive measurable global impact.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and oversee end‑to‑end campaign and event operations, including timelines, budgets and cross‑channel coordination.
• Set up project governance, allocate resources, and track status to meet deadlines and goals.
• Collaborate with design, social media and web teams to ensure brand‑compliant assets and publish content.
• Manage relationships with Global Delivery Services teams, third‑party vendors and internal partners.
• Analyze performance data, produce reports for executive stakeholders and continuously optimise programmes.

Required profile

• 12‑15 years of B2B marketing experience in professional services or similar industries.
• 10 years of end‑to‑end campaign/event management across multiple channels.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking and ability to work under tight deadlines.
