Marketing & Operations Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a sharp, highly organized Marketing & Operations Assistant to support our Project Manager, Head of Production, and Social Content Strategist. This remote, part‑time position will help keep our production pipeline running smoothly, ensuring content and campaigns are delivered on time and on brand.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Social Content Strategist to execute brand narratives, campaigns, and content plans across platforms.
• Assist with writing captions, hooks, hashtags, and tone‑specific messaging for each client.
• Maintain content calendars, editorial workflows, and publishing schedules.
• Monitor trends by studying leading creators and cultural figures to keep content fresh.
• Support creative brainstorming and propose platform‑specific content ideas.
• Coordinate operational details, track follow‑ups, and ensure clean, accurate systems.

Required profile

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Creative yet structured, able to balance editorial support with operational efficiency.
• Fluent in social media trends, digital culture, and content ecosystems.
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve speed and clarity.
• Adaptable across multiple clients, platforms, and formats.
