About the role

Visa is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead joint business initiatives that drive usage, issuance, and brand preference across its global payment network. You will collaborate with multifunctional teams to design and execute incentive‑driven marketing programs that align with country strategies and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify, plan, and execute joint business opportunities with clients, leveraging incentives to increase usage and revenue.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Product Management, Client Services, Merchant Marketing, and Financial Institution Marketing to implement joint marketing plans, including campaigns, promotions, events, sponsorships, digital marketing, and product development.
  • Partner with Sales to develop client engagement plans funded by incentive budgets, generating markup for Visa.
  • Analyze payments industry trends, regulations, consumer behavior, and competition to uncover actionable insights.
  • Lead global, regional, or local implementation of core marketing initiatives, brand standards, and country marketing plans.
  • Reimagine Visa’s sponsorship assets (e.g., Golf, Rugby, FIFA, NFL, Olympics) in collaboration with banks and retailers.
  • Define social and digital opportunities for top clients, bringing Visa’s expertise to bear.
  • Manage client marketing budgets, track performance, and report results.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing hub team on brand direction, measurement, and financial tracking.
  • Inspire agency partners to deliver best‑in‑class marketing programs while ensuring compliance with Visa controls and brand standards.

Required profile

  • Proven track record of developing marketing strategies that achieve business objectives.
  • Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, regulatory environment, and consumer trends.
  • Experience presenting to senior client stakeholders and leading cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate research and data into actionable marketing plans.
