Marketing Manager

About the role

RevBlack, a fast‑growing revenue‑operations consultancy, is seeking a Marketing Manager to own and scale its marketing function. The role combines hands‑on execution with strategic leadership, reporting directly to senior management and working closely with content, design and administrative teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the content, design and administrative staff, ensuring output meets high standards of craftsmanship.
• Own the HubSpot instance: build, troubleshoot workflows, create clear reporting and keep data actionable.
• Design and execute high‑touch, targeted campaigns aimed at private‑equity operating partners and B2B leadership.
• Develop and manage a systematic partnership and referral program that scales while feeling personal.
• Analyse performance data to set expectations, optimise tactics and deliver qualified deals for the sales team.
• Participate in EOS processes: set Rocks, run L10 meetings and maintain the marketing scorecard.

Required profile

• Proven track record managing marketing teams in B2B or consultancy environments.
• Strong ownership mindset – accountable for outcomes and quick to resolve issues.
• Ability to work autonomously in a hybrid setting (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
• Experience with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) is a plus.
