Marketing Manager (Hybrid)

About the role

A US‑based home services company is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads and support long‑term growth. The role is hybrid, based in Belgrano R, Buenos Aires, with office attendance once a week.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, SEO and email marketing.
• Generate and improve qualified lead acquisition efforts.
• Monitor performance, produce reports on key metrics and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Analyse marketing data to drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate content creation and marketing communications.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support growth initiatives.
• Research and implement new customer‑acquisition and brand‑visibility opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing, lead generation or digital marketing with measurable results.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or C2) and resume submitted in English.
• Strong analytical, reporting and communication skills.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Willingness to attend the office in Belgrano R once per week.
