Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The Marketing Coordinator will drive digital marketing initiatives, manage advertising campaigns, and create engaging content across multiple platforms. This full‑time position works Monday to Friday, 9 AM‑5 PM Pacific Time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and support Google Ads, Local Service Ads, and other PPC campaigns.
• Create graphics, videos, reels, and other digital content using AI tools and design software.
• Handle inbound leads, assess quality, and ensure proper follow‑up and routing.
• Analyze campaign performance, track ROI, cost per lead, and generate weekly/monthly reports.
• Support community events, sponsorships, influencer partnerships, and branded merchandise initiatives.
• Coordinate with agencies, designers, SEO specialists, and vendors to meet project timelines.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, digital advertising, or social media management.
• Hands‑on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns and launching digital ad campaigns.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media content, ads, videos, or marketing campaigns.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
