Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are a fast‑growing private youth sports operator looking for an entry‑level Marketing Coordinator. You will work directly with the Director of Marketing to develop and execute email and SMS lifecycle campaigns, gaining hands‑on experience with industry‑leading platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in building, scheduling, QAing, and launching email and SMS campaigns using Twilio and SendGrid.
• Support the creation and testing of automated lifecycle flows such as onboarding, re‑engagement, and retention sequences.
• Manage audience lists, segmentation criteria, and suppression files.
• Prepare and format email templates in collaboration with the design team.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, internal deliverables, and marketing calendars.
• Maintain organized libraries of marketing assets and documentation.
• Set up A/B tests, track performance metrics, and compile reports on open rates, click‑through rates, conversions, and unsubscribes.
• Ensure compliance with CASL, CAN‑SPAM, and GDPR regulations and assist with list hygiene tasks.

Required profile

• Analytical, curious and detail‑oriented.
• Passion for data‑driven messaging and its impact on customer acquisition and retention.
• Foundational knowledge of email or digital marketing.
