Marketing & Campaign Coordinator

About the role

We are a fast‑growing private youth‑sports operator looking for an entry‑level Marketing & Campaign Coordinator. You will work directly with the Director of Marketing to design, execute, and optimise email and SMS lifecycle campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in building, scheduling, QA‑checking and launching email and SMS campaigns using Twilio and SendGrid.
• Set up and QA automated lifecycle flows such as onboarding, re‑engagement and retention triggers.
• Manage audience lists, segmentation criteria, suppression files and workflow documentation.
• Prepare and format email templates in collaboration with the design team.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, internal deliverables and marketing calendars.
• Support A/B test setup, document results and analyse performance metrics (open rates, click‑through, conversions, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with CASL, CAN‑SPAM and GDPR and perform list‑hygiene tasks.

Required profile

• Analytical, detail‑oriented and curious about how data and messaging drive results.
• Foundational knowledge of email or digital marketing and a desire to develop deep lifecycle‑marketing expertise.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with mentorship from senior marketers.
