Managing Consultant – Performance Analytics

About the role

Mastercard’s Advisors & Consulting Services team is seeking a Managing Consultant to lead Performance Analytics engagements for a global client base. The role combines traditional management consulting with Mastercard’s data assets to deliver strategic insights that drive business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across multiple industries, defining problem statements and delivering analytics solutions.
• Develop analytics strategies and programs for regional and global clients, leveraging data and technology to unlock value.
• Own relationships with mid‑level to senior client stakeholders, assessing agenda, culture and change readiness.
• Guide teams to generate creative insights, produce impactful presentations and grow team members’ capabilities.
• Provide day‑to‑day project delivery leadership and foster a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in consulting or advisory roles delivering data‑driven insights.
• Strong client‑facing skills with ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects.
