Manager, Project Services

About the role

IQVIA Laboratories is looking for a Manager, Project Services to lead the Client Delivery Team in Buenos Aires. You will mentor staff, ensure high‑quality project management services and support both client and company objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop assigned staff while overseeing day‑to‑day activities in line with policies and regulations.
• Plan, assign and direct work, manage performance, guide professional development and take corrective actions when needed.
• Continuously assess project management talent and implement improvements for consistent service delivery.
• Ensure clinical studies are planned and executed according to FDA, ICH, EMEA and GCP guidelines.
• Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration with internal departments, external vendors, study sponsors and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in customer meetings, bid defenses, audits, inspections and interactions with regulatory authorities.
• Monitor and report team performance against contractual commitments, client expectations and organizational objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field (preferred) and at least 4 years of experience in clinical trials, project management or laboratory environments.
• Advanced English proficiency; direct line‑management experience preferred.
• Strong people‑management, stakeholder‑management and client‑management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related company systems.
• Knowledge of FDA, ICH, EMEA and Good Clinical Practice requirements.
