Manager – Identity & Access Management

About the role

Join PwC's Acceleration Center in Buenos Aires as a Manager in Identity & Access Management, leading client support work in cybersecurity. You will design and implement IAM solutions, coach team members, and ensure secure access to systems and data.

Key responsibilities

• Lead identity and access management workstreams for client engagements across cyber, data, and technology risk environments.
• Manage planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery of access control initiatives, identity governance activities, and privileged access reviews.
• Coach team members on access management, identity verification, role‑based access control, and authorization management systems.
• Develop and implement identity lifecycle processes across Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and cloud IAM platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve identity governance, access administration, and cyber risk processes through digital tooling and automation.

Required profile

• At least a Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent oral and written English.

Required skills

• Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
• Cloud identity and access management platforms (e.g., SailPoint).
• Identity governance and privileged access management.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CIAM, Microsoft Identity, or equivalent IAM credentials.
