Manager, Global Supply Chain Process & Systems

About the role

The Global Supply Chain Process & Systems Manager drives standardisation, efficiency and excellence across SSR Mining’s worldwide supply chain organisation. Reporting to senior leadership, the role oversees the design, governance and continuous improvement of supply‑chain processes and the optimisation of SAP‑based systems.

Key responsibilities

• Define, harmonise and optimise end‑to‑end supply‑chain processes (Plan, Source, Procure, Deliver, Maintain & Sustain) across all sites.
• Establish global process governance, standards and audit frameworks to ensure consistency.
• Serve as global owner for SAP supply‑chain modules (MM, WM/EWM, PP, FICO) and related tools (MIDAS, IDP), partnering with IT for enhancements.
• Develop and enforce master‑data standards, oversee data quality and manage contracts, pricing and vendor information.
• Lead change‑management initiatives, global training programmes and promote digital‑solution adoption.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Asset Management and Finance to align systems with business needs and represent Supply Chain in SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.

Required profile

• Proven cross‑functional leadership experience in a global supply‑chain environment.
• Strong background in SAP supply‑chain modules and system governance.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process standardisation and continuous improvement.
• Experience managing master‑data, demand planning and contract lifecycle processes.

Required skills

• SAP MM, WM/EWM, PP, FICO modules
• SAP S/4HANA transformation experience
• Mid‑range (MIDAS) and Integrated Demand Planning (IDP) tools
• Master Data Management (MDM) principles and tools
• Advanced analytics and digital‑solution implementation
