About the role
Mastercard is expanding its Services Customer Success team to help customers achieve their desired outcomes and maximize the value of Mastercard network products. As a Manager Customer Success you will lead regional initiatives, partner with priority customers and ensure they derive measurable business impact from our digital payments solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Cultivate strong customer partnerships by understanding their business objectives and managing health throughout product launch and post‑sale phases.
- Identify and drive optimization opportunities that increase customer value, adoption and strategic alignment.
- Collaborate with Network Services, Account Management, Sales, Product, Technical Account Managers and delivery teams to deliver the full value proposition of Mastercard network products.
- Lead initiatives across three core areas: customer engagement, business growth, and technical/program readiness.
- Generate qualified leads for value expansion and provide feedback for product and process improvements.
Required profile
- Proven experience in customer success, account management or related B2B roles within the payments or technology sector.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, product, technical and support teams.
- Strong analytical mindset to translate data‑driven insights into actionable customer strategies.
- Excellent communication skills to influence and build advocacy with senior customer stakeholders.
