Manager, COA Service Offerings & Quality

About the role

The Manager, Service Offerings & Quality will lead COA-related service offerings, ensuring they are defined, governed, and delivered to high quality, timeline, and business expectations. This role supports translation, linguistic validation, eCOA migration, screen review, and COA asset readiness activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of COA service offerings, including translation, linguistic validation, eCOA migration and related delivery support.
• Maintain and improve processes, tools, templates, work instructions and training materials to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Partner with COA Innovation, Translation, Sales, Finance, IT and other cross‑functional teams to resolve quality and delivery issues.
• Monitor service quality, identify gaps and lead corrective or preventive improvement activities.
• Provide guidance, oversight and coaching to project managers and coordinators, allocating work and reviewing outputs.

Required profile

• Strong leadership skills with ability to guide matrixed teams, allocate work and drive accountability.
• Experience managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment with a results‑oriented, detail‑focused approach.
• Excellent communication and data presentation skills, able to translate operational data into clear insights for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, IT, Project Management or Linguistics; 7+ years of relevant experience, including managerial responsibility.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with automation, analytics, workflow management or AI‑enabled systems for operational efficiency.
• Knowledge of quality management tools, metrics, issue investigation methods and continuous improvement practices.
• English fluency (spoken and written).
