Management Consulting Analyst – Utilities (2‑5 yrs experience)

About the role

Accenture’s Strategy & Consulting team is looking for a Management Consulting Analyst to work with leading utilities clients. You will help design and implement business processes, organizational capabilities and digital solutions that drive performance and transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in global programs that design and implement new business processes and digitally enabled solutions for utilities clients.
• Collaborate with multi‑disciplinary teams on complex projects covering CIS, device management, energy data management, advanced meter infrastructure, smart grid, GIS and MDM.
• Integrate strategy, consulting, digital, technology, security and operations expertise to deliver change.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in technology advisory, management or strategy consulting, preferably within the utilities industry.
• Commercial mindset with ability to identify new business opportunities.
• Proven teamwork in diverse project environments and strong written and verbal communication.
• Customer‑centric, change‑management oriented and comfortable at the intersection of technology and business.
