Maintenance Supply Representative

About the role

Join United's Technical Operations team as a Maintenance Supply Representative. You will support aircraft maintenance bases and line operations by managing the flow of supplies, parts, and equipment needed to keep the fleet ready for flight.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, issue, provision, classify, inventory and store supplies, equipment, parts and materials.
• Open, package and seal boxes and crates; prepare labels and ticketing documents.
• Transport parts and materials between locations, load and unload trucks, carts and conveyors.
• Operate a variety of equipment including trucks, tractors, tugs, pallet jacks and electric carts.
• Use hand tools such as bag sealers, saws, shears, knives and staplers.
• Fuel assigned vehicles and handle hazardous or flammable materials safely.
• Read and interpret documents to build kits for aircraft change orders and charter services.
• Maintain an orderly, safe work area and follow operating procedures.

Required profile

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid state‑issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to work any shift in a 24/7 operation, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in a small team, multitask and perform physically demanding tasks.

Required skills

• Truck, tractor, tug and pallet‑jack operation.
• Use of hand tools (bag sealers, saws, shears, knives, staplers).
• Fueling vehicles.
• Hazardous material handling.
• Inventory management and documentation.
