About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor will lead the execution of all maintenance activities on industrial equipment, ensuring preventive, predictive and corrective tasks are performed according to schedule.

Key responsibilities

Supervise execution of preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment.
Develop weekly work programs and share directives with the team.
Strictly monitor process indicators such as OEE, WPR, CPK, SEC, CP, PROD and maintenance metrics MTTR, MTBF.
Prepare monthly maintenance reports.
Direct and control plant works and manage suppliers.
Plan, organize and control overall maintenance, creating action plans.
Prepare and control the annual operational maintenance budget.
