Long‑Form Video Editor (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a talented Long‑Form Video Editor to craft polished YouTube and podcast episodes. You will work remotely, collaborating with producers, hosts, and the creative team to deliver high‑quality, engaging content that aligns with brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Edit and produce long‑form podcast videos for YouTube, adding transitions, titles, images and B‑roll.
• Enhance audio clarity, balance levels between hosts and guests, and remove background noise.
• Incorporate intro/outro music, sound effects and other audio enhancements.
• Optimize video pacing to keep viewers engaged and prepare platform‑specific assets such as thumbnails.
• Apply YouTube best practices to improve visibility, retention and overall performance.
• Collaborate closely with producers and creative teams, incorporate feedback and refine edits.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience editing long‑form video content for YouTube or podcasts.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a self‑starter mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Experience using Adobe Audition for audio engineering.
• Familiarity with Frame.io or similar review platforms.
• Audio balancing, noise reduction and overall sound quality enhancement.
• Understanding of YouTube long‑form content best practices.
