Logistics & Facilities Coordinator (Rotational)

About the role

The Logistics & Facilities Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating and controlling all logistics and facility activities that support personnel at the El Trapial site. This rotational 7x7 position ensures safe, efficient, and cost‑effective delivery of aviation, ground transport, catering, fuel supply and non‑productive facility maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise aviation and land transportation services for rotators and visitors.
• Operate and maintain the El Trapial landing strip and Emergency Response Plan.
• Manage technical and administrative aspects of maintenance, accommodation, laundry and repairs for camps, offices and workshops.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities meet living‑standard requirements.
• Oversee catering and facilities services to meet food‑safety and quality standards, including water supply management.
• Control fuel‑station operations, stock management, payments and user access.
• Supervise civil works for new constructions or refurbishments of non‑productive facilities.
• Administer OPEX/CAPEX budgets and monitor spend.

Required profile

• Engineering, Business Administration or Technical degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or construction.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
