Logistics Analyst

About the role

Alkegen is seeking a Logistics Analyst to join its administrative team in Lomas de Zamora. The role focuses on monitoring inventory, managing purchase orders, and coordinating import‑export activities to ensure smooth supply‑chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor physical inventory, control stock movements and generate inventory reports.
• Issue purchase orders, follow up with suppliers and track order status.
• Coordinate import and export operations, preparing all required logistics documentation.
• Follow up on deliveries to guarantee timely and accurate receipt of goods.
• Maintain accurate records in the ERP system and keep organized physical and digital logistics files.

Required profile

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting or a related field.
• Experience in warehouse operations.
• Ability to communicate in English or Portuguese (a plus).
• Strong computer proficiency and good communication skills.
• Availability to work on‑site Monday‑Friday during regular business hours.
