Logistics Analyst - Automotive Industry

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Analyst to support our automotive business by collecting operational data, improving workflows, and delivering actionable insights. The role works closely with sales, procurement, and after‑sales teams to align inventory and order strategies with company objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Collect daily operational data (orders, inventory, retail orders, transportation, claims) and maintain standard workflows.
• Analyze data to produce improvement reports, KPI dashboards, and recommendations for leadership.
• Monitor and enhance key performance indicators such as order lead time, inventory turnover, and sales target achievement.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Procurement, and After‑Sales to synchronize strategies.
• Update CRM and daily operational reports, track dealer and purchase‑order status, and ensure fill‑rate targets.
• Develop and refine SOPs to increase efficiency and manage operation documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, MIS or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations analysis or management, with at least 2–3 years in the automotive industry.
• Experience with foreign trade is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset, excellent relationship‑building abilities, and ability to work under pressure.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
