Localization Project Manager – Health Sciences

About the role

CSOFT International is seeking a Localization Project Manager to lead health‑science related localization projects. The role bridges customers and internal teams, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality localized content while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for all project‑specific matters.
• Develop trusted adviser relationships with key accounts, stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Lead and manage a team of localization project managers, linguists and other professionals.
• Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within budget and to required quality standards.
• Prepare and present account status and sales reports.
• Communicate project progress, resolve issues and guarantee client satisfaction.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the localization process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or a related field.
• Minimum three years of project‑management experience in communication or health‑science environments.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence stakeholders credibly.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Multilingual ability is preferred.

Required skills

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Background in localization processes and tools.
