Localization Project Coordinator

About the role

Join Acclaro’s Customer Success team as a Localization Project Coordinator, supporting the delivery of multilingual projects for global brands. You will work remotely, collaborating with Project Managers and cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth project lifecycles.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with project setup, task creation, workflow configuration, scheduling, and milestone tracking.
• Maintain accurate project data, forecasts, trackers, dashboards, and operational records across systems.
• Prepare and distribute project instructions, glossaries, style guides, and reference materials to stakeholders.
• Coordinate communication with linguists, vendors, and publishers, handling requests and deliverables promptly.
• Monitor project progress, deadlines, and actions, escalating issues as needed.
• Support administrative tasks such as purchase order processing, invoicing, file management, and reporting.
• Participate in quality‑control activities, file verification, and process compliance reviews.
• Utilize translation management systems, workflow platforms, reporting tools, and AI‑enabled solutions.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in project coordination, administration, operations, customer service, or localization.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to produce high‑quality work.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Clear, professional communication in written and spoken English.
• Comfortable working with technology, systems, spreadsheets, and operational tools.

Required skills

• Experience with translation management systems or workflow platforms.
• Strong Excel and data‑management abilities.
• Familiarity with project management tools and reporting dashboards.
