Legal Technology Enablement Specialist

About the role

PwC is seeking a Legal Technology Enablement Specialist to support its Canada client operations. The role focuses on enhancing legal team efficiency through technology, ensuring compliance, and managing risk across a range of digital tools.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies to manage regulatory and operational risks.
• Support legal team operations by creating and maintaining SOPs, SORs, and knowledge content.
• Configure and optimise contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools, preferably Icertis.
• Manage document management systems (DMS) and integrate privacy/risk platforms such as OneTrust.
• Utilise eDiscovery and data management solutions, including Exterro.
• Leverage Microsoft 365 suite to streamline collaboration and workflow automation.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in legal, risk, or compliance environments.
• Proven experience supporting legal team operations and technology enablement.
• Advanced proficiency in English; advanced French is a plus.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Understanding of information security, data protection, and information management principles.

• Icertis (or comparable CLM platform).
• Microsoft 365.
• OneTrust privacy/risk tools.
• Exterro eDiscovery solutions.
• ITIL‑based service management (preferred).
• Document Management System (DMS) expertise.
