About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Legal Assistant to serve as the primary point of contact for our asylum clients. You will work remotely, handling daily communications in both English and Spanish while supporting case management for a fast‑growing immigration law firm.

Key responsibilities

Respond to client inquiries via email and phone in English and Spanish.
Gather required documents and information from clients to keep cases on schedule.
Follow established workflows and flag any delays or issues.
Collaborate with attorneys and team members to resolve case‑related challenges.
Adapt to evolving policies and procedures as the firm scales.

Required profile

Fluent in both English and Spanish, with professional communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
