Leasing Specialist – Remote (Buenos Aires)

About the role

Open Management is looking for a customer‑focused Leasing Specialist to work remotely from Buenos Aires. You will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing journey and helping convert interest into signed leases.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Nurture leads, schedule property tours, and follow up with prospects throughout the leasing process.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the company’s leasing system.
