Learning Program Delivery Manager

About the role

You will be the operational backbone of DataCamp's professional services programs, overseeing multi‑week, multi‑cohort engagements such as live classes, masterclasses, hackathons, and Data+AI upskilling tracks for large enterprises.

Key responsibilities

• Translate commercial agreements into detailed delivery plans, organize kickoff calls, and ensure all logistics, tooling, and communication channels are ready before launch.
• Act as the operational lead during live delivery, supporting instructors, monitoring session quality, running client check‑ins, and mitigating risks.
• Lead post‑cohort retrospectives, turn feedback into concrete improvements, and produce program wrap‑ups with outcomes and recommendations.
• Maintain scope awareness, flag deviations early, and collaborate with account teams on change requests.
• Build and iterate AI‑powered automations to streamline status tracking, communication, and reporting.

Required profile

• 4–8+ years of project or program management experience, preferably in professional services, consulting, or L&D.
• Proven experience managing enterprise clients as the primary point of contact during complex engagements.
• Strong stakeholder management, highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, live environments where plans shift quickly.
• Commercially aware with understanding of scope, margins, and escalation processes.
