Lead Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

Supply Chain Coordination in LATAM plays a critical role in supporting the Service‑Construction business and regional Sales functions. The role ensures demand alignment and coordinates execution across global and local partners to optimize product and service flow from source to end‑customer.

Key responsibilities

• Streamline processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs throughout the supply chain.
• Build strong partnerships with internal suppliers and stakeholders to ensure quality, reliability and timely delivery.
• Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop strategies and metrics for improvement.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years in supply chain‑related roles with deep understanding of logistics, inventory management and demand planning.
• Previous experience in leadership or team management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics or related fields.
• English proficiency.
• Knowledge of SAP, Power BI and Microsoft Office.
