About the role
Drive the design and delivery of complex, business‑strategy aligned technology solutions across the bank. Build architectural capability within delivery teams and ensure solutions are scalable, testable and reusable.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse customer requirements and translate them into detailed solution blueprints and roadmaps.
- Lead design‑thinking workshops, create end‑to‑end solution designs and ensure alignment with architectural principles.
- Work embedded within delivery teams to oversee solution implementation, conduct reviews and manage risk.
- Collaborate with project and program managers to align solution roadmaps with strategic objectives.
Required profile
- Strong engineering background with deep understanding of modern software design practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills to reconcile diverse opinions.
- Ability to coach and up‑skill delivery teams in architectural practices.
