Lead SAP Security – S/4 HANA, BTP, Fiori

About the role

Kimberly-Clark is looking for a Lead SAP Security Engineer to define and execute the security strategy for its global SAP landscape, including S/4HANA, Fiori and SAP Business Technology Platform. The role will guide large‑scale transformation programs, ensure regulatory compliance and mentor a worldwide team of SAP security professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the SAP security roadmap across S/4HANA, Fiori and BTP platforms.
• Act as the central authority for SAP security architecture, governance and standards globally.
• Provide strategic advisory to senior leadership on risk posture, compliance and security optimisation.
• Design and oversee enterprise‑wide security architecture, role‑based access control and identity integration.
• Lead security design for S/4HANA conversions, Fiori deployments and cloud‑native BTP solutions.
• Own Segregation of Duties (SoD) governance, access controls and compliance with SOX, ITGC and audit frameworks.
• Conduct risk assessments, control design and remediation across the SAP ecosystem.
• Lead security workstreams for large transformation programmes such as divestitures and integrations.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in SAP security engineering, preferably in a global enterprise.
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills for a distributed security team.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and audit requirements (SOX, ITGC).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
