About the role

Lead the front‑end engineering team for a digital agency serving top brands. You will shape architecture, enforce standards, and deliver pixel‑perfect, accessible web experiences while integrating AI‑powered development tools.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor, onboard and grow the Buenos Aires front‑end team.
• Define front‑end architecture, enforce code quality and scalable component practices.
• Conduct rigorous code reviews and ensure performance, accessibility and testing standards.
• Integrate AI tools such as Claude Code into daily workflows.
• Collaborate with design, product, leadership and client teams to deliver high‑impact projects.

Required profile

• 7+ years of professional front‑end development experience.
• Proven technical leadership or mentorship experience.
• Strong ownership, project‑management skills and business‑focused decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Required skills

• Advanced JavaScript, HTML, CSS and component‑based architecture.
• Experience with React, Svelte, Vue, GSAP and Webpack.
• Automated testing tools and web accessibility (ARIA, screen readers).
• Hands‑on use of AI development assistants (e.g., Claude Code).
