L&D Trainer

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a Learning & Development Trainer to design and deliver high‑quality internal training for its global workforce. The role involves creating engaging learning materials, facilitating sessions both in‑person and virtually, and ensuring training aligns with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs using appropriate modalities to meet defined learning objectives.
• Create clear, up‑to‑date training materials suitable for a global audience.
• Facilitate sessions with best‑in‑class techniques and technology, incorporating cultural considerations.
• Plan and manage training schedules, logistics, and room or virtual platform arrangements.
• Maintain training records in the enterprise Learning Management System (LMS) and coordinate participant rosters.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts and guest presenters to enrich content.
• Collect and analyse feedback, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering internal training to diverse, global audiences.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training schedules and logistics.
• Excellent communication skills and cultural awareness.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
