Over de functie

Voor een thuiszorgorganisatie zoeken wij een gekwalificeerde professional in kinesitherapie, logopedie of ergotherapie om patiënten in hun eigen woning te behandelen.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

Evalueren van de gezondheidstoestand van patiënten bij huisbezoek.
Uitvoeren van behandelingen volgens de aanwijzingen van de behandelend arts of specialist.
Opvolgen van de voortgang en aanpassen van het behandelplan waar nodig.
Gedetailleerd registreren van alle uitgevoerde diensten.

Gewenst profiel

Afgeronde opleiding in kinesitherapie, logopedie of ergotherapie.
Geldige beroepsregistratie en een actuele licentie.
Bereidheid om zelfstandig en verantwoordelijk thuiszorg te leveren.
Beschikbare leeftijd tussen 22 en 65 jaar en bereidheid om te reizen.
