About the role

The Key Account Associate Manager will be based in Buenos Aires and will manage local distributors, driving the expansion of Wella's distribution footprint across all channels in Argentina.

Key responsibilities

Contribute to building and executing the go‑to‑market strategy.
Build and manage customer relationships with distributors.
Expand distribution footprint and increase brand awareness.
Execute company plans and innovations across customers.
Manage customer P&L.

Required profile

Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the beauty industry.
Commercial or trade‑marketing background with strong omnichannel and distributor management knowledge.
Proven leadership, communication and analytical abilities.
Resilient, able to handle frustration and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
Fluent in English (approximately 90%).

Required skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
