About the role
We are seeking a Key Account Associate Manager to lead and grow our distributor network in Argentina. Based in Buenos Aires, you will drive the expansion of our distribution footprint across all channels and enhance brand awareness.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to building and executing the go‑to‑market strategy.
- Build and manage customer relationships with local distributors.
- Expand distribution footprint and increase brand awareness.
- Execute company plans and innovations across customers.
- Manage customer P&L.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Background in commercial or trade marketing.
- Strong knowledge of omnichannel and distributor management.
- Proven leadership, communication and analytical abilities.
- Resilient and able to handle frustration.
- Effective collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
- Fluent English (approximately 90%).
