Junior Transfer Pricing Analyst

About the role

Join PwC’s Transfer Pricing team as a Junior Analyst and support multinational clients on cross‑border financial transactions. You will work closely with senior consultants and the global PwC network, primarily in the United States, to deliver high‑quality documentation and advisory services.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of Transfer Pricing documentation, dispute resolution and planning reports.
• Participate in debt, credit rating and transactional adjustment analyses.
• Contribute to studies such as WACC calculations, loan valuations and related financial modelling.
• Work with external financial databases (Bloomberg, Loan Connector, S&P Capital IQ) and PwC internal applications.
• Attend internal and external client meetings and support project delivery.

Required profile

• Advanced student or recent graduate in Economics, Business Administration or Accounting.
• Full‑time availability.
• Advanced level of English.
• Interest in tax advisory and multinational finance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with Bloomberg, Loan Connector or S&P Capital IQ is desirable.
