Junior QA Auditor – Life Sciences

About the role

TransPerfect is looking for a Junior Quality Assurance Auditor to support and continuously improve its Global Quality Management System. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and international standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 17100.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct internal, customer, supplier, and compliance audits.
• Coordinate customer audits, regulatory inspections, and auditor communications.
• Manage audit findings, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and follow‑up activities.
• Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of QA programs, policies, and procedures.
• Analyze audit data, identify trends and root causes, and prepare management reports.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve audit findings and maintain quality standards.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least two years of experience in the Life Sciences industry, including QA‑related audits and clinical study documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and audits simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 17100, ISO 27001 or similar standards.
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance processes, CAPA, change control, deviation management, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
