Junior Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are a fast‑growing private youth sports operator serving the GTA and Florida. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in lifecycle marketing, focusing on email and SMS campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in building, scheduling, QAing, and launching email and SMS campaigns using Twilio and SendGrid.
• Support the creation and QA of automated lifecycle flows such as onboarding, re‑engagement, and retention triggers.
• Manage audience lists, segmentation criteria, suppression files, and workflow documentation.
• Prepare and format email templates in collaboration with the design team.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, internal deliverables, and marketing calendars.
• Set up A/B tests, document results, and track performance metrics across email and SMS channels.
• Compile performance reports covering open rates, click‑through rates, conversions, engagement, and unsubscribes.
• Ensure compliance with CASL, CAN‑SPAM, and GDPR regulations and assist with list hygiene tasks.

Required profile

• Analytical, curious, and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Foundational knowledge of email or digital marketing.
• Strong interest in data‑driven optimization and messaging strategy.
