Junior Legal Assistant

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Junior Legal Assistant to join our dynamic personal injury team. The role supports case management, client communication, and coordination with external institutions across several locations in Mexico, Guatemala, and Argentina.
Key responsibilities
- Follow up with clients and schedule therapy sessions.
- Coordinate with hospitals, police departments, and insurance companies.
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in a law firm (U.S. experience is a plus).
- Advanced conversational English (C1 level).
- Legal studies or a related qualification.
