Junior IT Support Specialist – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior IT Support Specialist to join our fully remote team serving the self‑storage sector in LATAM. In this front‑line position you will help users solve everyday technical problems, keep data accurate and ensure smooth operation of our digital tools.

Key responsibilities

• Handle routine IT support tickets such as account creation, password resets, permission changes and platform access.
• Troubleshoot common hardware, software and connectivity issues and escalate complex cases.
• Perform regular system and data audits to identify and correct discrepancies.
• Document solutions and contribute to knowledge‑base articles.
• Collaborate with other teams to improve processes and user experience.

Required profile

• Strong interest in IT and customer support.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple requests.
• Good communication skills in English (and preferably Spanish).
