Junior Finance Analyst

About the role

The Junior Finance Analyst will support the Content Planning & Analysis team by monitoring, reporting, and analysing content performance across Disney's streaming platforms. You will help prepare financial analyses, reporting packages, and operational tracking to aid decision‑making and drive strategic and financial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining content performance reports and financial analysis.
• Track key performance indicators such as viewership, engagement, and profitability.
• Collaborate on recurring reporting packages and presentations for the Content Planning & Analysis team.
• Consolidate data from multiple business areas to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Support the creation of executive summaries and performance updates for management.
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and planning activities related to content performance.
• Work with Business Intelligence & Analytics teams to gather data and generate insights.
• Identify and implement process‑improvement and automation opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, Finance or a related field.
• 0‑2 years of experience in finance, accounting or a related area.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Team‑oriented mindset and ability to collaborate across functions.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Solid knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office tools.
• Familiarity with Looker (preferred).
• Familiarity with Snowflake (preferred).
