Junior eCommerce Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Junior eCommerce Marketing Specialist to join our fast‑growing AI‑native digital agency. You will support the planning, execution and optimisation of 360° digital marketing campaigns for multiple ecommerce brands across fashion, supplements, jewellery and consumer products, working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in day‑to‑day management of assigned ecommerce brands and client accounts.
• Support the implementation of promotional campaigns across various channels and ensure timely execution.
• Help set up, monitor and optimise paid media campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Support email marketing and CRM workflows using platforms such as Klaviyo and Shopify Email.
• Extract and analyse data from Shopify, Google Analytics and advertising platforms to create performance reports and KPI tracking.
• Update product catalogs, configure promotions, discounts and perform basic product page optimisation in Shopify.
• Collaborate on AI‑driven workflows, competitive analysis and integration of AI tools into marketing processes.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in digital/ecommerce marketing, preferably in an agency environment.
• Hands‑on experience with Shopify operations.
• Native Spanish fluency and strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote‑first setting.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented and customer‑centric mindset.
