Junior Consultant – Legal Managed Services

About the role

EY GDS' Entity Compliance & Governance (ECG) team is seeking a Junior Consultant to support multi‑jurisdictional client engagements from Buenos Aires. You will work closely with central management teams across the Americas and EMEIA, helping clients meet regulatory and statutory reporting requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate multi‑jurisdictional engagements, including transitions, health checks, ongoing delivery and billing.
• Maintain and update clients' legal entity management databases accurately and efficiently.
• Facilitate communication between central ECG teams and local EY offices, providing regular status reports.
• Liaise with internal EY groups (Tax, GCR) and external regulators, lawyers and auditors.

Required profile

• Law student in final years or qualified lawyer.
• Fluent in written and spoken English (C1 level or higher).
• Experience in a professional services environment with client delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
