Junior Consultant - Entity Compliance & Governance (Buenos Aires)

About the role

EY Global Delivery Services' Entity Compliance & Governance (ECG) team is looking for one Junior Consultant in Buenos Aires. The role manages client engagement portfolios and relationships with local EY networks, supporting multinational clients on global projects covering worldwide commercial law. The position works closely with central management teams in the Americas or EMEIA.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate multi-jurisdictional engagements, including transition, health checks, ongoing delivery and billing
• Act as day-to-day support for the central engagement team, driving annual compliance deliverables to completion
• Facilitate communication between the central team and local EY offices
• Maintain clients' legal entity management databases and assist with billing processes
• Take part in day-to-day status meetings and calls
• Report regularly to central management teams and liaise with internal EY teams (e.g. Tax, GCR) and external regulators, lawyers and auditors

Required profile

• Lawyer or currently in the final years of a law degree
• Fluent English, written and spoken (C1 or higher)
• Experience in a professional services firm and client delivery
• Good communication skills; additional languages are a plus
• Experience in corporate governance is a plus
