Junior Casting Talent Coordinator

About the role

High Scale is looking for a Junior Casting Talent Coordinator to help discover and engage emerging creators, actors and everyday people for its video advertising campaigns. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience working alongside seasoned producers and casting specialists in a fast‑paced, data‑driven agency.

Key responsibilities

• Search Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other creator platforms to identify fresh talent that matches client briefs.
• Reach out to creators, introduce High Scale opportunities and maintain ongoing communication.
• Assist in organizing auditions, casting calls and interview schedules.
• Review creator profiles and submitted videos, tagging talent by demographics, interests and style.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date talent database and ensure easy searchability.
• Support briefings, schedule coordination and documentation of usage rights under senior guidance.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, influencer marketing, casting, talent coordination or related fields.
• Strong familiarity with TikTok, Instagram and YouTube and a keen eye for emerging creators.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Curiosity, coachability and a willingness to learn quickly.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using social media platforms for talent scouting.
