Junior Business Developer (Bilingual English/Spanish) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Business Developer to join a fast‑growing AI‑focused startup. The role is fully remote and involves managing the complete sales cycle for mid‑market companies, from prospecting to closing, while working closely with decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect qualified mid‑market companies and reach out to Operations Leaders, Finance Directors, Founders, and other key stakeholders.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand business challenges and uncover opportunities.
• Qualify prospects, prepare proposals, negotiate scope, and close new business deals.
• Collaborate with senior consultants on larger engagements.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and follow‑up process.
• Utilise AI‑powered sales tools to research accounts, prepare meetings, and improve outreach.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, SDR, BDR, consulting or a related commercial role.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities with a proactive, hunter mindset.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage a sales pipeline.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment and interested in artificial intelligence.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT is a plus.
