Key responsibilities

Evaluate roles and organizational structures across all AB InBev zones.
Collaborate with Business Partners and global Rewards teams.
Serve as a reference for the Job Grading process and structure design.
Manage and develop related information, KPIs and reports.

Required profile

Currently pursuing a university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.
At least 1 year of experience in Rewards processes or organizational structure analysis.
Advanced English proficiency.
Advanced Excel skills.
Knowledge of Power BI (desirable).
