ITAD Operations Associate (Finance-Focused)

About the role

The ITAD Operations Associate will own the financial side of the IT Asset Disposition program, handling settlement reconciliation, revenue verification, and financial reporting for hardware resale and recycling.

Key responsibilities

• Ingest and clean settlement and revenue reports from multiple partners.
• Reconcile device‑level and order‑level ITAD revenue against bank deposits and allocate deposits.
• Investigate unmatched records, ambiguous serials and variances.
• Own end‑to‑end credit issuance workflow with Finance.
• Raise and resolve discrepancies with vendor partners.
• Produce executive‑ready financial summaries and reports.
• Review Certificates of Destruction and match them to devices.
• Monitor ITAD action queues to meet SOPs and service level objectives.
• Support shipment and recycling order workflows with warehouses.
• Maintain and enrich internal database of fair market values per device.
• Act as primary liaison between Operations, Finance, Customer Success and Warehouse teams.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in reconciliation, cash applications, billing, audit, accounts payable/receivable, or financial operations.
• Proven ability to find and resolve discrepancies, not just process transactions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple parallel workflows.
• Comfortable working with structured SOPs and improving them.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets (lookups, pivots, text‑to‑columns, deduplication).
• Strong spoken and written English.
