IT Support Technician I – Buenos Aires

About the role

Interlaced is seeking an IT Support Technician I to join its Buenos Aires team. You will be part of a cloud‑focused services provider, delivering help‑desk and technical support to a diverse portfolio of innovative clients.

Key responsibilities

• Handle proactive and reactive support tickets, escalating to higher tiers only when necessary.
• Communicate availability and schedule client engagements in coordination with IT Support Associates.
• Maintain and act on performance KPIs via the Brightgauge dashboard (SLA, resolution time, etc.).
• Develop knowledge of Interlaced’s internal systems, client technologies, and service plans.
• Assist with assigned project tasks under supervision and provide training to new staff.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year experience in IT support or help‑desk environments.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and up‑to‑date knowledge of technology trends.
• Excellent communication skills, able to interact with users at all organizational levels.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage multiple tickets.

Required skills

• Experience with common business technologies and cloud infrastructure components.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and KPI dashboards (e.g., Brightgauge).
