IT Support Specialist – Remote (Buenos Aires)

About the role

Coderio is seeking a proactive, customer‑oriented IT Support Specialist to join its international team. The role is fully remote and supports internal users across Latin America and the United States, helping to professionalise and scale the company’s support operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L1 and L2 technical assistance for hardware, software, and basic network issues.
• Install, configure and maintain Windows and macOS workstations.
• Manage user accounts, licenses and permissions in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365/Entra ID.
• Create clear documentation, FAQs and SOPs for self‑service.
• Identify repetitive tasks and propose automation solutions (e.g., onboarding, provisioning).
• Coordinate hardware logistics, asset tracking and system setups for new hires.
• Own the full ticket lifecycle in JIRA Service Management, ensuring SLA compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk or Service Desk roles.
• Resides in Buenos Aires (CABA) or surrounding areas.
• Advanced written and spoken English for communication with US and international teams.
• Strong communication and active‑listening skills.

Required skills

• Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Google Workspace administration.
• Microsoft 365 / Entra ID administration.
• JIRA Service Management ticketing.
• Power Automate, RPA basics, PowerShell or Bash scripting.
• Intune, Jamf or Google Device Management (MDM tools).
• Fundamental networking concepts: TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, switches.
